Once you finished a hard workout and you are ready to go right; Hold on! Not so fast, having everything you do after training can affect the results of the exercise.
So See 9 things NOT to do immediately after exercise:
1. To leave the gym without even relax for five minutes in order to return the heartbeat to normal level.
2. Skip the stretching and stretching exercises that relax muscles and prevent injuries.
3. To omissions to eat.
4. To forget to drink water.
5. To drink an energy drink, full of sugar and calories.
6. To grab your face without having to wash your hands, which "carry" all of the gym germs.
7. Do not write down your performance and the time you have exercised.
8. To stay a long time with sweaty clothes.
9. To sleep a few hours in the evening.
