Many find the excuse not to exercise because as they say, when you stop exercising, the muscles will turn into fat thus make their body worse than it was before starting the exercise.
This is genetically impossible to make, because the muscle and fat are two completely different tissues and cellular groups.
So as the sun not to rise from the west unless you become a miracle, so the muscles can not be converted into fat. The same applies to fat, since many have the idea that convert into muscle. This is impossible!
What happens to most people who stop working out is that their muscles shrink due to atrophy. Namely muscles fed fewer amino acid components, so they get smaller.
Considering that very few of these people will adjust their diet to the new conditions of life that is without exercise, we conclude that there is excess energy will be important (carbohydrates) which will be converted into fat.
Thus, a man who knows them and noticed a former athlete to fattening, it'd assume that muscles turned to fat.
It is obvious that the conversion of muscle to fat is still a myth of fitness and bodybuilding!
